Tried to download Windows 10 & doesn't work. How can I get it working?

Windows Central Question

Tried to download windows 10 & dosnt work.

I have purchased a new computer with windows 8.1 & I have tried to download window 10 three times with this error message WindowsUpdate_C1900101.
It goes through to 32% & never moves from there.
