Computer is a Dell desktop 8500, had Win 7 until I upgraded to Win 10.
I don't have a recovery disk and no installation disk since the upgrade came via internet. I do have the original Win 7 OS disk.
So far nothing on the internet seems to help.
Only thing that might have caused it was an external USB WD HDD that I connected (came fron an Apple ) but was never discovered by my computer even though it did say that the device software was loaded and that it was ready.
Does anyone have any idea what I could do?
