Why Is Cortana Not Available In Canada?

So like why isn't it? Do Americans think we're speaking another language? We mainly speak english I mean come on.

It is absurd. We would all be fine with the UK or US versions. I run US as my region on Lumia 1520, but I can't buy stuff without switching back to Canada.

MS must be holding off to offer an English / French combo for Canada. We do have two official languages after all.

Cortana should really be able to function with English set as language in settings and region shouldn't matter at all. This **** really bugs me where I live as well, and for many others around the world.

Absolutely. It is a shame. I have change my region to USA LONG time ago. Out of curiosity yesterday I compared my Cortana to the wife who is still on the Canada region and her experience is SO MUCH WORST.

I am thinking of changing the regions on my pc as well to get cortana
