Why can't I wake up my laptop once it goes to sleep?

I cannot wake up my laptop once it goes to sleep.

I have turned off the sleep & it still does it. I have had to turn off the laptop & restart it to get it awake.

One of the users in the forums have reported that the probable cause of that problem is the screen saver. Try disabling the screen saver and see if that stops the issue.
