Windows Central Question
Both my Xbox app and Xbox One Smartglass app do not open. When I select them, they pop us for a second and then close themselves. Microsoft support has done everything that they do (I have had 7 Windows techs and one Xbox tech look at it) with no fix to the issue. My drivers are up to date, my software is verified, and my account is logged in and also verified. They have run the scan in the command prompt and reset the "image" in the command prompt. I have already tried the powershell command, as well as them. My wife was really excited for me not to be hogging the TV playing Xbox so I need help.
