Network Problems on Surface Pro 3

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and got a lot of problems, one of them being that the wifi would only work half of the time. There were also many other problems so I reverted to Windows 8.1. Since then, all of the problems have gone away besides the network problems. The wifi works perfectly on my phone so I know it is not my network system. When I go to choose a wifi when it is acting up, it says that my network is limited. I disconnect and reconnect and it says it is fine, but a few minutes later the wifi doesn't work again. Any suggestions?

I have just upgraded to windows 10 and have the same problems with internet access. Either the wired or fixed LAN is not working (no internet access). Did you get it to work?
