Windows 10 Update - Dell Laptop Home Screen Constantly Flickers

If anyone knows...
Just updated to windows 10 from my ready upgrade and my home screen just flickers. I cant do anything on my home screen. Can't click anything. It's a dell laptop. All I can do it manually power off the PC, and use control alt delete. Nothing else as the screen just flickers.

Had flickering on my dell,every half of minute...solved it somehow,cant remember how use google,i know i did and found solution
