Should I have separate microsoft accounts for personal and work?

I have a personal Lumia 930 and a work Lumia 830. Is there any disadvantage or advantage to using separate microsoft accounts for them? I don't currently have a OneDrive for business account and don't plan to. While I'd like access to my onedrive stuff on both phones I don't for instance want text messages sent to my personal phone to appear on my work phone etc. Anyone had experience with either scenario and can shed any light on the subject?
