Installing Office 365 (purchased) on Lumia 640.
I purchased an unlocked Lumia 640, and received it about a month ago. I tried to activate the Office 365, but it always gave me the message that it didn't work. So I bought a copy of Office 365 Home for my computer and phone. It installed fine on the computer, but I've not been able to get it installed on the phone.
I get the message: We encountered a problem and couldn't complete this task.
At one point I had it where it said it was installed already.
