Can I rearrange and sort files within a folder anyway I want in Windows 10?

File arrangement in Windows 10

In Windows 10 can you rearrange and sort files within a folder anyway you want them like you could in older OS's; or are you still limited to the 'by date' , 'by name' , 'by size', etc. ?
