Why am I not getting emails when people answer my comments anymore?

Well, the title pretty much already describes the problem I'm having with posting comments here at Windows Central. Note that I'm manly using the windows phone app and I've checked the settings, "email me when someone replies to my comment" is turned on. Moreover I've also checked the spam folder to make sure that the emails are not going there.

Also, a bit off topic: How do you guys handle forums? :O
I'm drowning the massive amount of threads ... not sure if someone already posted that question before ...

I'm going to bump this because I have the same problem.

I sent an email to "app@windowscentral.com" but no response.

Hope someone can help

Same problem since last year. They said they fixed problem but it is back on.
