Can you tell me if AOL is compatible with Windows 10

I have been told AOL is not compatible with Windows 10

AOL works the same EXCEPT....... email. As soon as you try to insert an attachment or paste a photo, the mail disappears and AOL starts to reboot. All is then lost. Haven't found a cure and don't know if the problem is AOL or Windows 10. Apparently, neither of Time-Warner or Microsoft cares anymore.
