Why does Groove Music keep refreshing my artist list, even when I'm scrolling through it?

When I am using Microsoft Groove Music to play my local music files, I go to the Artists tab and start to scroll through to find something to play. Every 10 seconds or so, the list refreshes back to the top, no matter if I'm doing anything or not. It doesn't seem to do it on the Songs tab. Very frustrating. If I can't find something to play within 10 sec. i have to scroll back down again. I can't seem to find any relevant settings to turn off refresh. Is there something else going on?
