Why have Windows mail and calendar stopped syncing?

Windows mail and calendar stopped syncing

Stopped syncing with gmail on 5th August, reinstalled, evereything - nothing gets it working again. No way am I fiddling with the firewall permissions to get it to go! It is a windows 10 problem to solve.

Same issue here. It pisses me off. Hope Microsoft is working on solving it...
