Why can't I install windows 10 on both my computers?

If I have already installed Windows 10 on my desktop, which is connected to my Microsoft account, does that mean I cannot install windows 10 on my laptop which also uses my Microsoft account? I have already tried the manual force update via command prompt.

MS account will not limit the number of PC's you can throw 10 onto.

Have you tried installing with: Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help ?
