I have had the windows 10 icon on my computer for a long time. When I click, it opens a new window, but the window never loads. I have even left it over night and it still just shows the loading dial. I have tried going around it to try and get windows 10, but it seems going through the icon is the only way to do it. Am I doing something wrong? I know my internet is fine. Everything loads good, it just seems to be the one window that won't load. Can you help me?
