How to find what driver needs digital signature in windows 10?

Nearly 5 days I have tried to install Windows 10 but with no luck. I always had an error code 0xC1900208 ? 0x4000C and nothing works! I nave tried everything but nothing works! I tried to uninstall every device driver: my sound card; my videocard; camera. I even uninstalled all program to almost clean Windows and unplugged the soundcard but nothing helped! But finally I found on the internet that I can turn off digital signature and voila instalation progres of has been finished! And I finaly lunched my Windows 10 but my problems are not gone! Every time I restart Windows it keeps restore back to Windows 7 again!!! And there is nothing I can do except to disable digital signature before booting???!!! Maybe someone can help me in this question or maybe there is some way to disable digital signature check before Windows starts???
