Why wont the windows 10 update let my laptop boot?

I installed the windows 10 update on my dell inspiron and Toshiba satellite laptops. The update was working fine with on both laptops until I needed to restart each computer. The dell laptop if left on will try to start itself but keeps running into error and restarts itself. On the Toshiba the screen will not cut on. The power button on the laptop shows that the computer is on, but screen stays dark and unresponsive. (No type of start up at all)

I'm having the same issue as your Toshiba with my ASUS x205ta. Took the upgrade fine, updated, and then went into a error loop when I tried to reboot. 10 minutes later I can't get the thing to turn on. No boot screens, bios options, just a blinking led on the front of my laptop...
