Windows 10 Settings option not working after upgrading from Windows 7

I've upgraded my Lenovo Z580 from Windows 7 to Windows 10 yesterday. But I'm unable to open the Settings in Windows 10. Even Microsoft Edge and Store aren't opening. But that's not my main concern. My priority is the Settings option to work. I've downloaded the Microsoft Troubleshooter also, but it said that "Issue 67758 not present". Also, is there any way you can go back to the previous Windows version?Please help!
