Acer aspire E15 laptop making beeping noises

Sometimes when doing activity like opening a program or listing to music my laptop starts to make beeping noises, sometimes one time, another time multiple beeps in a row.


The laptop is fairly new 4 months old with windows 10 installed.

Note that it also bleeped when 8.1 was running

Are the beeping noises coming from inside the laptop? If so I would take it to be serviced since it's only 4 months old and should still be under warranty.

Can't really tell, it happens too quickly to see if the speakers are transmitting sound. Can the BIOS peep when windows is already booted? Should I contact Acer ?

Sometimes certain systems will beep when powering on, but if yours is doing it here and there without any reason for it I would contact Acer... We pay enough for our systems and better to be safe.

Today I got respons: Turns out it was high cpu usage what was making the beeping noises. It came from the speakers

Probably like a warning? At least nothing serious... sometimes I notice my cpu being used at 100 percent from windows, then it stops.
