Why does it take a very long time for E-mails to load after I open them?

WPCentral Question

E-mail in Exchnge axxount on Windows 8.1 phone will synch, and first line of E-mail can be read in E-mail list in the inbox, but once a message is opened, it takes forever for the message content to load. What can be done to remedy this problem?
