Windows 10 Uploaded the waiting curser is constantly waiting, cant access anything
I've uploaded windows 10 yesterday. It loaded up, and restarted many times. then it said it was ready, I restarted it, logged in and it did that ok. When I came to click on an icon. it went into a never ending loop. The waiting curser and the screen flickering on off, a few times, still with a waiting curser. This isn't right.
Can someone help?
I can ctrl/alt/del to get it back to get me to the lock/switch user/sign out/change password/task manager screen. That all I can do, so I can't even explore a troubleshooter on the laptop.
