Why I do not see the Windows 10 icon in my task bar ?

I have an Asus Netbook with Windows 7 Starter and according to Microsoft I am eligible for a free upgrade. I ran the script win10fix_full.bat but still no icon. Any help will be appreciated.

Not all computers have gotten it yet. It could be that there is still an unresolved driver issue, or something else, but when they get it resolved, you will be offered the update. You could try to force it by going through insider.windows.com, but I'd recommend waiting until you get it, as there is a reason it isn't there.
