Windows Central Question

Just installed windows 10 my laptop however its now broke - the installation is stuck on a loop of restarting my laptop then crashing, is there anything I can do?
Its a Toshiba satellite pro laptop which had windows 7 installed on it. There weren't any viruses or dodgy software on the laptop. No idea why it didn't work, anybody got any clues? I'm a student so I need my laptop but I can't afford to buy repairs or a new one. Any help would be appreciated asap.

Every laptop has a recovery drive, there is a keyboard button (or combination) you press when you start up the laptop that will run the program, it will restore your laptop back to manufacture defaults. Look up what that may be for your particular make and model and you should be good. Warning: You will lose all personal data.
