What is the best coding language to learn (for a semi-beginner) for programming universal apps for windows 10.

I have lots of experience with web-based coding languages (html, php, Css, etc.).

Thanks had started learning this a year or so ago and found it pretty straight forward. Guess I will be doing some studying haha

If anyone has any good links for free c# lessons would be really helpful I've found a few but there are quite slow and simple
