Windows 10 Upgrade Hard PC freeze with Wallpaper slideshow
Hello,
So I upgrade to windows 10, and noticed constant stuttering every 1 minute. A video would lag or my mouse would lock up, something would happen every 1 minute. I couldn't figure it out. My PC was on slideshow and the wallpapers and colours were rotating, which is how I had it on windows 8.1 without an issues.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I have updated windows 10, and drivers.
