What is this Strange Message on my WiFi?

Strange Message on WiFi

I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro which works ok except when I look at Networks I see a message from someone in the area saying "**** of and get your own Wifi"
This did not happen with Windows 8.1 Pro.
I feel sure it could be a neighbour within 60 meters from my Wifi modem which is 4G Optus Broadband.
Anyone got suggestions?

hah, pretty sure it's a proximal wifi. Wish I had the guts to name my wifi something like that, but afraid it would just egg a hax0r3z to probe me up the ****.
