Programs appear on screen then vanish
Various programs do not open in Win10. HP print/scan, calendar, get started, etc appear on screen then vanish. MS Office 13 programs work as do some others. I have deleted Avast and McAfee but have another antivirus program loaded. Please help. Should I go back to 8.1???
