Why can't I download any apps?

Windows Central Question

Hi! I go into the store to download some apps and when I click 'Free' to download it, it asks to login into an account. So I click on Microsoft Account, however then it goes to 'Just a moment...' and then says something has went wrong, please try again later. Can anyone help me?
