Where is the STORE on the green tile?

where is STORE on the green tile?

I tried following the instructions here on fixing Mail but cannot find Store on a green tile in order to re-install Mail. All I have is Sore on a grey tile and when I click on the link to download Mail from the instruction page I get a message to say it's already installed. Beginning to wish I never upgraded to Windows 10 now when I can't even get a basic function like Mail to work! Does anyone know how I can access Store via a green tile please?

I don't think you're going to have much luck. Windows 10's new Store (the one you're referring to as the grey tile) was replaced by the Windows 8.1 Store (with the green tile). You may have to refresh your PC if there is a problem, however there is a new cumulative update released by Microsoft today (2nd one for Windows 10 now) and fixes a problem linked to the Windows Store. I'd update your PC with all the latest updates first before attempting a refresh/reset.
