Straight talk from AT&T mms apn setting for Windows Mobile 10

[Windows Central Question]

On windows mobile 8.1 the settings are different for the mms apn

Windows Mobile 10 MMS APN asks for a proxy server and a proxy port instead of a WAP Gateway(URL) and WAP Gateway Port. Can anyone help?
