Why can't I make or receive calls after getting the latest 8.1 Windows update on my Nokia 620?

cannot make or receive calls after getting latest 8.1 windows update on nokia 620

phone rings when a call comes in but you cannot speak or hear anything even though phone is connected. Same problem when trying to make a call. Music still comes out speaker except when making phone calls. Tried to do a soft reset. Tried to do a hard reset but it did not work in either case. Worst phone I have ever had.

If a hard reset didn't fix the problem, then it could be a hardware-level issue. Try taking your phone to a service center and have them repair your phone - this is especially advisable if your phone is still under warranty.
