I have an ASUS 550LA and I upgraded to 10. After the upgrade, my wired connection drops randomly. I have a Realtek PCIe GBE family card. The diagnostic returns a statement "default gateway is not available." The fix lasts a very short time and drops again. Checked with SUS and there is no driver update. Checked with Realtek and there is no updated driver either.
I went into the power settings and uncheck the box which allows windows to turn off the card. Still not fixed.
