Dropped phone on concrete

now screen has a prism of jaggered edges running through screen. Can it be fixed?Nokia Lumia 521 windows phone

Yes it can be fixed by changing the LCD part... but maybe you should consider buying another cheaper Lumia since the cost of the parts (And labor) can be more expensive than the phone itself.
