Why is OneDrive creating a new Documents folder after I deleted it?

After I deleted the standard folders "documents" and "pictures", Onedrive keeps creating a new empty documents folder, that I have to delete again. In contrast to that, the pictures folder keeps beeing deleted as it should be.

I have reset onedrive severel times, but it is still happening.

Any Ideas how to solve this problem?

The folders are automatically re-created. That being the documents folder and the pictures folder. However they do make your onedrive a lot neater.
