Windows 10 mobile hotspot help

Hello all, I'm running Windows mobile 10 build 10166 on a Lumia 925. Running mobile hotspot on my mobile everything appears to be just fine, until after i connect my PC . It disconnects after moments of use, which continuously repeats....now I've seen this happen less then a week ago while trying to give hotspot to my buddies Samsung note 2.
Though now it's some what an importance to me since my complex electricity is shut down for the day.
Any quick help would be appreciated.
Ps. is this a windows 10 for mobile a bug by any chance?
Pss. I tried hotspot sharing over Bluetooth to my windows 8.1 pc , doesn't seem to work either, if that's possible.

Hi, did you solve this?
My 920 recently started turning off the hotspot when the screen goes to sleep and it's a pain.

Nope, and I have moved on to build 10512 where Microsoft has stated hotspot doesn't work on this build either.

I went back to 8.1 on my 920. Needed the connection while abroad.
