Authorize permanent reception for a bluetooth device

With windows 10, how to set a permanent reception ability from a specified device in bluetooth?
With W8, I could send my pictures to my PC form my smartphone, directly without accept on the PC (I could send them from another room). I'm obliged, now, to run "receive a file".
Now, I've not found where set this function.
Please, if you can help me, in french better.
