Why does the display go off when I plug in or remove the charger?

display gone off when i plugging and removing charger

while i am plugging charger display showing off for 1 second, then everything normal. After same thing happening when removing the charger. Now i upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10 After that i am facing this problem.
Using HP laptop.....

i got the same problem and i also using hp laptop.
if someone have solution... please write on
