Tried to fix windows 10 screen flashing, audio, net and security no longer working

So I was having that Windows 10 issues where my application windows were flashing. I found a fix that instructed me to go to misconfig and disable Problem Reports and Solution Control Panel Support and Windows Error Report Service. Did that, restarted my computer, and now it's very much messed up (but hey, no screen flashing!) Audio is not working, the computer seems stuck in airplane mode, my finger scanner (HP Envy) won't work anymore, and when I tried to do a restore Shadow Volume something or another wasn't functioning... And when I got it working, no restore point. Go figure. I've tried enabling and restarting and disabling and restarting those two applications but it hasn't fixed anything.
