Can I change back to 8.1 from 10.1?

can i change back to 8.1 from 10.1

between the change from 8.1 to 10.1 and google updates, I have lost my email (gmail). I cannot access my email. I cannot get help from a human being, not from windows, not from google and not from HP. Is there a person who can help me get back to my email. If I can change back to 8.1, can I get my email back? What was done to make my email vanish? PLEASE, SOMEONE HELP ME !

How were you managing your email? Did you use Windows Mail, Outlook 2013, or view Gmail in a Web browser?
