Can I get some help regarding Lumia phones hardware specifications?

regarding lumia phones hardware specifications

Hi...i am new to windows community. I have always been an android user but i recently switched to lumia 640xl from Asus zenfone 5. No doubt my zenfone had better specs on paper with 2 gb ram and intel processor but its battery was a big downside.
Can anyone help me why windows phone have less hardware than most android hansets these days????.i switched from 2gb(Android) to 1 gb(windows)...did i make a right choice????lumia 640 xl has older snapdragon 400.

It all depends if you like Windows OS environment, or the Android OS
You will not feel hardware disadvantages using the Lumia 640 XL, it is a balanced phone with a superb battery life

App memory usage limit for 1GB windows phones is 390 MB, so its enough for most games and applications. I have never got using more than 280 MB of app memory.
