Yesterday I did slow ring for my mobile and I got update 2 of windows 8.1 not Windows 10, why?

In some cases, as in the case of an L535 I used to own, that update may be a prerequisite before upgrading to Windows 10. Go ahead and check for updates in your phone settings once that new update 2 has been installed; if you're still enrolled in Slow Ring, you should be prompted for Windows 10.
