Why do I get an Outlook send error when I upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10 ?

Windows Central Question

why do i get an outlook send error when I up grade from windows 8.1 ro 10 ?

I installed windows 10 and when subsequently I tried to send an e-mail I received a send error so have had to resort back to windows 8.1
