After my Windows 10 update is complete, can I delete the set up files

Do I have to keep the set up files that Windows 10 uses to install the update or can I delete them when it is done? I want to keep my device clean of unnecessary clutter.

I wanted to do that too on my pc. I was low of space even. I deleted the setup file but when I went for restart. The computer stated that boot.exe is missing and my computer wont start. Then I had to do a clean install. So if you have no problem with space then I would suggest let it be there.
