My back and front camera of my microsoft wp 8.1 cant use. how can i use again?

after a few months ago.. i use my back and front camera in my microsoft lumia 435 windows phone 8.1 updated.. but now..it cant use.i click the icon of the camera or lumia selfie.. after that.. its like a black window and cant showed the picture.how should i do?..please help me thanks..

What was the last thing that was done with your phone before your cameras stopped working?

What OS version are you currently running?

Have you tried restarting your phone, or performing a soft reset?

Are you willing to perform a hard reset?
