Lumia Update Newest version windows 10 Failed? Can't Flash Rom or Hard Reset? What should I Do

Yesterday I tried to update windows 10 mobile failed and now my phone restarted many times, it appeared update logo and then change to icon :-( and restarted again.
What should I do?
Because when I connected to pc to try to flash ROM, it displayed nothing
