How to ACTUALLY delete internet history?

Hi! I have a Lumia 520 and I want to delete the internet history. I know about the IE-menu-history-delete way of deleting the list of websites, but even after I do that when I type a "d" into the search bar it autocompletes to "deadgoaterotica.com" and when I type an "f" it brings up "fartinggrannies.org". I would not want my wife to know that I have a paticular fondness for these topics so I'd really like to know how I can ACTUALLY delete the internet histoy so the phone doesn't remember the previous sites.
