Offical release of windows 10 for phones

Is there any news as such when windows 10 is to hit the Lumia phones?
Like an official release date?
And all lumias get the update ?

No, there is no official date.
All Lumias likely to get it.

Sometime later this year.

All Lumia's should get it, but many a carrier can potentially block it. We don't know for sure how much power MS is taking in the initial 10 rollout. (e.g. Cricket tends to ditch their Lumia's, AT&T is ditching the 820, 920, etc...)

Not WP7 Lumia's like the 900 of course.
