Windows 10 cortana cant conect?it was working on my wifi but now she wont conect is there a fix?

Are you on slow or fast ring? Did you just get the latest build? Have you hard reset your device?

I enrolled in the Slow Ring earlier this week, and there was so much wrong. Start loading issues, Cortana was broken, etc.. Then i heard about the latest build, so I did a hard/factory reset and enrolled in Fast Ring and grabbed the latest and greatest.
