In Windows 10 how to find Internet Explorer without Cortana

Go to all apps list > I (the letter) , you'll find there, just like we did on WP

Just start off by saying "Hey Cortana"...........................................Opps.

Just click on Start, navigate ALL APPS and then to Windows Accessories and you will see IE in the drop down list, from there you can pin it Start or Taskbar.
